Welcome to La Mosaïque

LA MOSAÏQUE has played an integral role within the South Shore community since 1985! As a charitable organization driven by volunteers, it helps the local community through its charity work and various forms of assistance. La Mosaïque offers over 30 services.

La Mosaïque is a not for profit organization. Its mission is to reinforce the social fabric of the urban agglomeration of Longueuil. As such, its objective is to channel the spirit of the community in order to offer services with the goal of promoting the autonomy and social integration of the less fortunate.

Individuals of all origins, all ages and from any social background.

Urban agglomeration of Longueuil : Boucherville, Brossard, Greenfield Park, LeMoyne, Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, Saint-Hubert, Saint-Lambert, Vieux-Longueuil.

The services and activities of La Mosaïque are aimed at improving living conditions, all while respecting the dignity of those requiring the assistance. Every request for help is considered and evaluated, and dealt with or referred to the appropriate resource.

All services offered by La Mosaïque respond to fundamental needs. While there is always an educational component to our services, we focus on the following areas:

  • Health promotion and preventative health care
  • Accompaniment and support
  • Assistance to those with limited financial means/low income earners
  • Social and workforce integration
  • Ecology and self-sufficiency

La Mosaïque’s Foundation’s mission is to organize fundraising events with the goal of maintaining and eventually expanding the ability of La Mosaïque to serve the local community.

Events organized by the Foundation include Voices and Wines of the World, in May, and Give and Change their Lives, a concert held in November. These events feature both locally and internationally acclaimed artists. Funds are raised through tickets sales, donations, a raffle and a silent auction. The events are supported through local, national and international partnerships. All participation, both large and small, keeps our mission alive and is greatly appreciated!
